First let me thank you for taking the time to put your employees first and completing our Mindfulness Wellness Assessment. We’re sure it opened your eyes to a few areas your company can improve on.

Tip 01
Encourage employees to take a break
EXERCISE

Spend 5 minutes with your eyes closed and focus on your breathing.

Tip 02
During corporate meetings
EXERCISE

Take 2-min to teach employees stretches to release tightness in shoulders, neck, jawline or back. Encourage employees to stretch for 1-min every hour - Stretching increases blood flow and send nutrients to your muscles and brain.

Tip 03
Have executive engage team members in games
EXERCISE

Stop-Start-Continue. What can you stop doing that causes stress? What can you Start doing for yourself? What is working that you should continue doing? Make this game a Habit.

Tips for creating Healthy Office habits

Tip 01
Keep sugar out of the break room.

Have healthy snacks ready and easy to grab to eliminate the sugar crash.

Tip 02
Schedule meetings outside

Schedule meetings outside or, if possible, conduct meetings during a quick walk. (These can be conducted with remote meetings as well)

Tip 03
Track your water count

Count the glasses of water you drink each day for 1 week per month. Make it a contest. (make sure each employee has the same OZ cup of water)

Tip 04
Practice good computer habits

Practice good computer habits; blue screen, lower the brightness, take short breaks. It reduces distractions.

Exercise to bring your employees energy to a Positive State

The 3 appreciations: (Have team leaders do this once per week with their teams on a call if remote - have leaders start on some weeks and end on others – We care more for the success of people we know, this exercise will engage your teams to know each other better, and lead to higher acceptance, growth, communication and patience.
